Our experience

We have assisted a large Dutch municipality in all aspects of a complex dispute concerning an existing and to be constructed district heating network, which ultimately resulted in the sale of the existing district heating network.

Furthermore, we have obtained the necessary permits for a large-scale redevelopment of healthcare real estate for a large project developer in various administrative proceedings. We have also defended a large industrial service provider against a fine imposed by a supervisory authority.

We also successfully defended one of the largest municipalities in the Netherlands against claims of over EUR 70 million from Barclays Bank and a Dutch venture capital company relating to financial guarantees.
