In addition, we assist you in post M&A disputes, for example with regard to guarantees in SPAs or earn-out arrangements. Our team is well versed in finance, so that we can quickly get to the heart of the matter, also in complex disputes.
We successfully recovered a claim of EUR 25 million from the trustees in bankruptcy of Imtech in a dispute regarding guarantees in the SPA relating to the sale of Imtech's ICT division.
In addition, we have represented various shareholders and partners in disputes that resulted in a forced departure or buyout.
We also set up a successful defense strategy for an international technology company from the US in an arbitration against a post-M&A claim of EUR 7 million.
