We also assist you in disputes about the purchase of real estate, but also for example disputes concerning mortgages and leasehold.

Our experience

We have experience in construction and real estate disputes in various market segments, including infrastructure projects, high-tech construction and commercial real estate.

For example, we have acted on behalf of main contractors in various disputes concerning infrastructure projects with contract values ranging from EUR 30 million to EUR 500 million. We have also advised and litigated on various disputes related to the construction of data centers.

We collected a rental fee of EUR 6.5 million for a large fast-food chain (the proceedings were conducted up to and including the Supreme Court).
