We assist both private and public parties that have fallen victim to fraud. We conduct civil proceedings, for example with a view to the restitution of fraudulently obtained benefits. We can also advise and assist you in cases of suspected fraud.
Our team is skilled in finding the truth, in which we work together with other parties such as the Public Prosecution Service, but also conduct independent investigations. We understand that fraud cases have far-reaching consequences outside of the legal system, such as reputational damage, and we take this into account in our working methods.
We have obtained several judgments for one of the largest municipalities in the Netherlands, on the basis of which monies paid for forged invoices can be recovered.
We also have experience in providing witness familiarization programmes in relation to fraud cases for hearings in the context of, among other things, (council) inquiries.
